You are the very first impression that people have of Mountain Lake! You have the opportunity to change the way people think about church by creating "belonging moments" for guests.

Who knew you could have this much fun at church? You have the opportunity to change the way people think about worship by creating engaging worship experience for each of our weekend services!

• Creating a friendly environment as guests arrive on campus. (Parking Team)
• Greeting and serving guests in the lobby. (Greeting, Cafe, Check-In and Resource Team)
• Welcoming and assisting guests in the Auditorium. (Host Team and Seat Team)

• Running the lights, a camera, or computer as part of the Production Team.
• Moving props and helping with transition times as a Stage Tech.
• Designing and building sets for each new message series.

At Mountain Lake, children are excited about coming to church because of people like you! You have the opportunity to change the way families think about church by creating a live action environment where learning about God is exciting and fun!

Middle School and High School are two of the most important stages in life for spiritual formation. You have the opportunity to change the way students think about church by worship and small group environments that allow them to discover truth and explore their faith.

• Greeting families and providing a secure environment for our children.
• Acting, story telling, or being on the motions team on stage.
• Leading a Small Group through fun and meaningul activities.
• Providing a safe and fun environment for babies and toddlers.
• Organizing materials for the weekend on Wednesday mornings.
• Being a part of the set-design and set-building process.

• Creating a comfortable environment by greeting students.
• Providing a safe environment before and after [SPIN].
• Creating an engaging experience during [SPIN].
• Leading a Small Group through a discussion about life and faith.
• Being a part of the set-up team that prepares for [SPIN].
• Weekday volunteer support (Admin., website, phone calls, etc.)
